It's later on the reason your computer slowed down by a lot and those technicians at stores like Best Buy are happy as hell to get another 20$ - 200$ on "fixing" someone's computer when all they do is focus on the currently being worried about highest forms of computer threats from the Internet that most of the social media eventually learns about first from the source to part of the world and then world wide. It's a hammer your manufacturers ask if you want to buy along with your computer. I find it odd that Norton worked just fine with my same setup and so does Security Essentials but I'm not a fan of either. They blame it on Microsoft and give a link for a hotfix but it's a tedious process to do. Do you think Bitdefender has this fixed by now or would you use Kaspersky? I know on Bitdefender website they state that it happens sometimes when you use secure pay which I never used. I don't really trust what I'm running so I would like to switch to Kaspersky but your review wasn't that high on it. No more BSOD's and I've never changed my antivirus since. I only had 2 months left on Bitdefender so I uninstalled it and installed Security Essentials just to see what would happen. I did some research and found that a lot of people were getting this problem with 7. After using it for about an hour I started getting BSOD's.

I disliked Windows 10 so much I went back to Windows 7. I purchased and used Bitdefender last year with Windows 10.
